Kingdom Daughterz Inc. Employment Readiness Program provides assistance to young and mature women and their family members in acquiring skills, networks and resources that will allow them to participate in the work force and to develop a career/work plan.  Services include career counseling and coaching, employment training classes, job fairs, the Career Assessment Tool, job listing and information on local employment trends.  The Employment Readiness Program consists of:

From finding a Job  to developing interviewing techniques Kingdom  Daughterz Inc. has partnered with local businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations to aid with possible job placement and clothing for work.  Our objective is to strengthen families and our communities by encouraging career minded individuals with a strong sense of self and help to reduce the poverty level within various communities.
